F&B Ops is live and running service

An operating company, not an agency.

Druvus builds businesses in Rwanda and runs them, and takes the same approach into other people's companies: positioning, market fit and pipeline built for the market you are actually selling in.

F&B Ops has been running live service since.

Rwanda

Where we build, and where we sell today.

Starting a business is the easy part. We stay for the part that decides whether it works.

Druvus Ltd

What we do

Three kinds of work.

All of them end in customers.

Venture building

We start companies and operate them ourselves. Product, brand, sales, and all the unglamorous parts in between.

  • Built to stand on their own
  • Taken past the first version and into real service
  • Sold to the right operator once the business can carry itself

Market entry

Rwanda and East Africa reward companies that show up properly. We handle the part that decides whether you get taken seriously.

  • Positioned for this market, in the way buyers here actually decide
  • Registration, the first meetings, and the pipeline that follows
  • Operators inside your business rather than advisors outside it

Growth and sales

For businesses with a good product and no route to market. The gap is almost never the product.

  • Sales systems that outlive whoever set them up
  • Partnerships and distribution that fit how business is done here
  • Interest turned into signed agreements
Portfolio

What we have built.

One company, live and carrying real service.

Every company we build gets listed here as it launches.

How we work

We run what we recommend.

We take the work far enough to find out whether it actually works, because we carry that same risk on our own companies.

We operate

Hands on the product and the pipeline, week after week.

We build first

F&B Ops exists because we built it rather than writing about what venues need.

We say no

When something will not work in this market, you hear it in week one.

We stay consistent

The person who pitches is the person who does the work, from the first meeting to the last.

Diagnose

We find out what is actually stopping the sale. Usually it is not the product. It is an offer shaped for another market, a pitch aimed at the wrong person, or nobody following up after the first meeting.

How an engagement runs. Tap any stage.

Sectors

Where we work.

Technology

Software we build and operate ourselves, and go-to-market work for software built by others.

Building and selling

Hospitality

Restaurants, bars, lounges and hotels. Years of selling into this industry, and a product built for it.

Business development

Routes to market for companies with something worth selling. Partnerships, distribution, and the first customers in a market they do not know yet.

Who we are

An operating company.

We are the ones who have to make it work.

Druvus builds businesses and runs them. We are based at Norrsken House Kigali, close enough to the buyers to go and sit with them.

Rwanda is where we work now. The region is where this goes next, and we would rather earn a second market than claim one.

Our depth is hospitality. Years of selling software into East African hotels, restaurants and bars taught us why good products fail in these markets, which is why our first company is a system for venues.

Software is where we started. It is not the limit of what we will build, and a business that begins as a product on a shelf interests us as much as one on a screen.

The people who take the meeting are the people who do the work, and they are still there when the work gets difficult.

Tell us what you are building.

Say what the business is and where it is stuck. We will tell you what we would actually do about it, and we will say so when we are not the right people for it.
